To ensure we continue delivering the highest quality service, we will be implementing an updated pricing structure effective September 1st, 2024.

What’s Changing?

Our new pricing focuses on Call-out Fees and Labour charges, ensuring clarity and fairness in our billing practices.

• Standard Call-out Fee: This one-time fee (R185.00) covers the cost of our security professionals traveling to your location, including fuel, vehicle wear and tear, and travel time.
• Standard Labour Rates: We value the expertise and skills of our team. Our labour rates reflect this commitment:
  • Weekdays (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM):
    • First Hour: R625.00
    • Subsequent Hours: R575.00 per hour
  • Saturdays (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM):
    • First Hour: R937.50
    • Subsequent Hours: R862.50 per hour
  • After-hours, Public Holidays & Sundays:
    • First Hour: R1250.00
    • Subsequent Hours: R1150.00 per hour
